45 Degrees Latitude Hired to Video Record Solar Development Site

North of Oshawa Ontario, 45 Degrees Latitude was hired to video record site conditions at two major solar developments. The engineering company wished to have a video record of current conditons before site construction actually started. The deliverable to the client will be a series of chaptered DVDs.
